Smartico registered smartico.ai in 2019 because the .com was taken. Seven years of player data later, the name fits.
AI tools are easy to come by now. Any platform can add a model that writes copy or builds pages. In iGaming, results depend on how well that AI understands player behaviour, which comes down to data.
Smartico‘s engine records player activity event by event, from deposits, bets, and game sessions to how players respond to missions and bonuses. Its 2026 releases put that depth to work, with each AI model calibrated against the brand’s own players.
Models that read player behaviour
Bonus Eligibility scores every active player daily and recommends whether their next bonus is worth granting, based on four signals from that player’s history, including whether past bonuses moved their real-money play. Early VIP Detection compares a new depositor’s first 14 days with players who went on to become VIPs. Gamification Penetration reads 90 days of engagement to pick the next feature each player should try. All three AI models feed straight into segments and journeys.
Experiences built on live data
Vibe Studio lets operators describe what they want in plain English while an AI assistant builds it: widgets, promotion pages, landing pages, and custom games, all running on live Smartico data. Since September, any mini-game can swap its standard skin for a custom game, such as the penalty-shootout Goalscorer, without touching prize pools or odds. Vibe Studio is included at no extra cost.
Asking the data directly
Smartico AI Agents analyse data and generate popups, wheel designs, and images. Through the Smartico MCP Server, operators can also connect their own assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to build segments and campaigns in plain language or query their analytics data, with a preview of every change before it saves.
Adding what players say: Forms
Behavioural data shows what players do. Forms adds what they say, collecting profile updates, survey answers, and preferences from players and routing every answer into the CRM in real time.
Other 2026 releases include Clans, personalised on-site Banners, and RCS messaging.
“AI has made building software easier and faster than ever. Almost anyone can create a product or launch a campaign today,” said Arman Gal, CEO and Co-Founder of Smartico. “But software alone doesn’t deliver results. Since 2019, Smartico has been processing iGaming player behaviour in real time, building deep industry expertise and a proven track record of success. Our advantage is not just the technology we build, but the data we can learn from, the experience we’ve accumulated, and the results we’ve demonstrated. AI can help you build software overnight. It can’t give you seven years of experience.”
